About

Colin loves to tell stories and make pizza. He’s a traveler, a jiu jitsu purple belt, and horrid bongo player.

He began making films with his dad’s Hi-8 camera in the farm fields of Pennsylvania. In college, he got two degrees at once for some reason, earning honors in Psychology and Film Studies.

With over a decade of experience crafting documentaries, branded content and TV shows, Colin weaves humor and pathos into heartfelt stories aimed for impact.

Tales of quirky characters and wild places excite him the most. His work has been showcased at festivals (SXSW, SFFilm, SIFF, Big Sky, Palm Springs), and hosted on major platforms (PBS, NYT Op-Docs, Vimeo Staff Picks, and Short of the Week).

When he’s not screen side, you can find him volunteering at conservation organizations, wondering about his wanderings, or trying not to stain another shirt.
